SHIPPING POLICY

At Nighthelm Studios, all of our products are made-to-order. This means that when you place an order, we print that exact item just for you. 

1. PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to be manufactured, printed, and quality-checked before it is shipped out. 

2. SHIPPING TIMES
Once your item has been produced and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
* United States: 3 - 7 business days
* Europe: 5 - 10 business days
* Canada & UK: 5 - 10 business days
* Rest of the World: 10 - 30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high volume seasons, customs processing, or regional carrier issues.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Nighthelm Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship the order.
